JK Create's Crayon Art

Oh hello JK Create, my latest Etsy discovery! I just love finding unique and affordable art. If you have not seen Jessica's work yet, get yourself over {here}to take a look! These pieces are awesome, LOVE the originality of the designs and the bright, bold color impact. They definitely bring back memories of elementary school and shopping for school supplies. A brand new 64-box of crayolas was my jam at the start of a new school year. Jessica can customize the color palate to whatever suits your fancy, so you can mix up your favorite colors (I'll take some robin's egg blue, jungle green and razzmatazz!) or match the color scheme of any room. So fun!

I am jetting off to the east cost today for a fabulous long weekend!
First up Hartford, CT for my bestie Caroline's wedding party luncheon and some quality girl time. Then onto Boston with the bf's fam for some Red Sox'ing (even though I come from a family of die hard Yankee fans), marathon watching/cheering, and of course lots and lots of delicious eating!

Addicted...

So I have become quite the Etsy-a-holic recently. I seriously can't get enough! Etsy is absolutely the best place to buy original, handmade anything, from artwork to jewelry to furniture to bow tie collars for dogs. I could spend hours on the site just hopping from one shop to the next. Today I discovered the most adorable/hilarious letterpress prints from Etsy shop The Big Harumph. Love these quotes! There are some more gems on the site...I might have to make a purchase in the very near future!
